First time here and it went smooth. The storefront logo is huge you cannot miss it and if you do I don’t know what to tell you. Other than that there’s a wide selection of products as expected from other Stiiizy locations. The manager as well as the team are really friendly and helpful. It’s never really too busy so forget about waiting in long lines. Overall, a good experience and I’m glad that there’s new locations opening up everywhere.

Extremely disappointing experience with the new manager, Sadie. She was rude, dismissive, and refused to listen to a word I was saying. I had the exact same ID situation resolved without issue by another manager just last week, but Sadie immediately turned me away without any effort to help.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Management should require professionalism and customer service skills—unfortunately, neither was displayed here. I won’t be returning, she is clearly and sadly not fit for the job. (Updating to address your response: Thank you for the message. I did try calling the store, but my calls went to voicemail. I have also already emailed support.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the exact same issue was resolved for me last week by Andres, who was the manager on duty at the time. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen, understand the situation, and find a solution. In my experience, that’s what a good manager does.

This week, Sadie dismissed what I was saying as if it had never happened. My impression was that the extra steps required to verify my account were something she simply didn’t want to deal with. I hope that’s not the case, but that is how the interaction came across.

This was my go-to dispensary for years, but unfortunately I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for the response.

So I’m seriously starting to think that there is a problem with Stiiizy management. This is the second store I’ve come to that has products listed on their menu but then I get here they don’t have. The cheap prices are not making up for the waste of time & gas I’m using to come to these locations based on the menu they have listed. Stiiizys organization needs to run a tighter ship cause it makes no sense to have an online menu if it’s not accurate

I come here faithfully. Spend over 200 dollars each time. Today was a bad experience. I get it they put the glass mislabeled but the way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional. He also has hickies all over his neck. Gross!! So unprofessional!! Not only did he just dismiss me he didn’t even apologize or anything. Clearly u can see the puffco glass is not 57 bucks. I bought it still that’s why u only see one small one. He could have given a 10 percent off. Some type of credit. Or something. Very disappointed!! This just happened right now. March 18th at about 9:04pm. You can look up my name as well to see how much I come here and spend. The managers name is Andres. This is what I get almost weekly. Very very disappointing.
