I was a loyal customer for years, but ever since Mr. Lee handed the company over to his nephew, the level of service, professionalism, and overall operation has noticeably declined. It feels like the focus has shifted away from taking care of the customers who helped build the company into what it is today.

Unfortunately, my business has experienced disruptions due to poor communication and decisions that seem to disregard the impact on customers. Instead of working with clients to resolve issues, the company has become increasingly difficult to deal with.

Based on my experience, I would encourage other business owners to consider supporting smaller, customer-focused ice suppliers who value long-term relationships and understand how important reliable service is to day-to-day operations.

Bad service! Delivery never comes on time and we have to call every week to remind them and still not get the delivery!

Five Star Assistance for our 4 day event (800 bags of ice). On time delivery and the freezer worked out excellently. Many thanks to Lee's Ice

Always problem with delivery
Saleing 1000 bags a month still always problem for delivery
Even trying to contact with management they don’t want to contact us back or they don’t want to reply and solve the problem
Need another ice delivery company in town
