People are nice but they won’t allow you to take someone off an open account. You have to close then reopen a different account. Real pain in the rear to change auto drafts etc! This is a bank policy not a regulation

I’ve been an Arvest customer for years and mainly at the local branch. I was lied to and this experience with Arvest was the worse I’ve ever had. If I could give it lower than a one star I would.
