A friend recommended them to me once, and ever since then, I have always returned—and would gladly return again. They are consistently very kind; they address any questions or issues that might arise, and they clearly explain the procedures and medication, tailoring everything to your specific body. Everything moves quickly, so you don't have to wait long for your meds. Plus, you see results—though, of course, that depends on each individual and their unique physiology. I have no doubt that they are the best, and their service is a perfect 10/10.

NP2Go is the best at everything they do… which is a lot. I had amazing success with tirzepatide through their weight loss clinic, in which the process was easy and transparent and I always felt supported by Kara’s team of nurses. I have also had amazing treatment and work done with their aesthetic team; Alexa just did some Botox for me today and it was an awesome experience! I recommend NP2Go to everyone I can!

The Best IV Therapy Experience I’ve Ever Had

I recently received IV therapy while I was feeling incredibly sick, and I have to say—my nurse, Drayton, turned what could have been a miserable day into the best care experience I’ve ever had. From the moment he walked in, his professionalism, calm energy, and genuine compassion made me feel completely at ease.

Drayton explained everything clearly, checked on me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The IV was placed flawlessly—quick, painless, and done with such confidence that I instantly knew I was in good hands. He balanced medical expertise with a warm, personable approach that made me feel truly cared for, not just treated.

By the time the therapy was finished, I felt noticeably better, both physically and mentally. It’s rare to find someone who is not only exceptional at their job but also brings such kindness and reassurance to the experience. Drayton is absolutely one of those people.

If you’re considering IV therapy, I can’t recommend him highly enough. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had while sick, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care he provided.

I’m very pleased with not only my provider and the support staff in the office. My provider was kind, understanding and listened to my goal. I feel supported and understand my progress is only based on the changes and choices I make. My medication arrived very fast. I think it’s great that I can simply text a question and receive a timely professional response. This is my 2nd time returning to NP2GO. Menopause sucks! But this medication has stopped my hot flashes dead in their tracks and they stay gone. Since increasing my dose, I have started sleeping longer without waking up, at all. Solid 7 hours with zero hot flashes waking me up. My chronic migraine days went from 21 to 2 days. And, oh yeah, I've lost 82lbs now. But when my meds were shipped to my previous residence and couldn't be found NP2GO quickly stepped in and sent me 4 replacement doses (FREE) so I wouldn't experience any disruption to my health. I have truly had the best experience, everything from my initial call to receiving my medicine, (which I got in 3 days) that’s pretty quick right! They have followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions and have been amazing! They offer a membership plan too that’s one price a month and I can call at anytime with any questions! That price included my medication and any dr calls! They even have an app to help you navigate everything, but I’m not much of a tech person so they walked me thru the whole thing and it has been a breeze!

I’m so impressed. I had been sick and felt icky, dehydrated and had major legs cramps. I called around 1:30 and they had someone at my house by 2:30 for IV therapy. Drayton was so informative and funny. Made me feel right at ease since I had never done IV therapy before. Will definitely recommend to others I know and will use again when needed.

Update Well someone read my review and told they would reach out to me over 3 weeks ago. Funny thing in there message it stated management will reach OUT IN 2 WEEKS 03.

This is my 2nd time using them and sorry to say very disappointed. Let me explain, I was told to log in to my profile and update my payment. I removed all cc that were on my profile and entered a new CC. Tell why in the world my old cc was charged and my bank account I had removed those account. That leads me to believe they keep cc information on file and I was lied too.
Funnier thing is when I reached out and send them a screen shot of the damage they had did my account -$500.00 because of there lack of communication or not paying attention and to top it off I even conformed with he provider at time of visit that they had my discover on file.
I have texted them times and not one reply or a simple sorry our error lets us correct it which is so sad...

I will not use them again or refer them either. The visit ended coasting me way more then I was prepared all due to LACK OF COMMUINCATION.

I have done a 5 star review when I used them back in 2024, great service great staff very easy to do.

Fantastic team! NP2Go is comprehensive in their approach to weight loss. From the introductory appointment to follow-ups. They’re knowledgeable and answer all of my random questions. Unfortunately, insurance being what it is now, I have to send a copy of a paid bill and prescription every time I order, and Np2Go provides that information within minutes. As a nurse myself, I appreciate their customer service and clinical approach to weight loss.
