Best customer service. We had an issue with a pump on our jetted bath tub. I sent photos to Tabatha in the hopes she could identify what pump motor we would need to replace. She offered to send the photos out to her suppliers for quotes? However, a few hours later I received a call from Marshall offering to remove the pump to attempt to repair rather than replace. He arrived at our house and within the hour had restarted the seized pump. We saved a lot of dollars, service call cost verses new pump costs?

Logan plumbing was recommended by a neighbour and now after this experience we won't hesitate to add our recommendation. Great customer service thank you Logan plumbing.
