I called them last night for an A tag problem from gas leak. They came in shortly.
They worked until 12am patiently to find the leaks and fixed them. Helping me clear the violation tag and ensure everything was safe before leaving. He explained every step to me honestly. Their work was amazing and I’m thankful to have them on my contact.

I had a gas leak in the house & called Ingenium Intuito Group, who came right away to fix it. Dmytro& his staff explained what had happened in a simple way & they were able to fix it very quickly. The pricing was very reasonable considering that it was a very large repair. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again in the future. They are very honest, reliable & very friendly.

I called Dmytro at 7am when my furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year and he was at my house by 8:30am already assessing the problem. He then proceeded to give me options to either fix or replace the Furnace being extremely transparent which I really appreciate. As I chose to replace the furnace and add a humidifier he returned back to my house a few hours later ensuring I was not left without heat. Him and his partner worked into the night ensuring everything was installed and went above and beyond to ensure we were not left without heat. I would highly recommend him to anyone especially in an emergency he is very dependable.

In November 2025 Enbridge Gas replaced our outdoor gas meter. Once done they have to do a system check and they reported that the check indicated we had gas leaks in the house, which required them to shut the gas off. So instantly, we had no heat, or hot water, or gas stove, and they indicated we would have to find a repair technician on our own, (and fast !).

After several phone calls I spoke with Dimitry at Ingenium. It was late in the afternoon and he said he would be at our Etobicoke house early the next day. I did mention this would be no heat, or hot water, or gas stove cooking until then.

About 6pm that night Dimitry called back and said he could attend that evening, to hopefully get us gas service for the heat anyways. He came and identified 6 separate gas leaks. He prioriitized the leaks around the furnace so that we could have heat that evening. He then returned the next day to fix the other leaks.

Dimitry took the time to show us each and every leak, both with their beeping wand device and the soap bubble check.

We appreciated his promptness, his explanations of his work, and his tidyness and thoughtfullness.

After my boiler suddenly stopped working last week I called a random company suggested by Google. On arrival I was presented with their ''diagnosis'' which managed to condemn my boiler's most expensive part and offered to replace it for an astronomical sum (x3 the cost of the boiler itself (!). I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Dimitrii, who was recommended to me by friends. Arriving almost immediately, Dimitrii found a completely different part responsible for the problem and fixed it on a spot for a small fraction of the estimate I received earlier. Dmitriy was the lowest bidder when I was shopping around to extend a gas line to my BBQ and convert it to natural gas. The guy did such a good job that I called him again when my AC unit failed. Dmitriy fixed it in the same manner: promptly, and at very reasonable cost.
