If you can avoid them, do. I have heard from several people that they don't have a good reputation in our community. They came over to look at a few jobs and give a quote. They got very pushy when I asked basic questions, said they could send a tech in at my cost if I have questions. Still waiting for the quote. In the meantime I got another and really great plumber in and the jobs have been finished. It sounds like Normand has some good people, but a lot of bad apples as well, so hit or miss.

Good service, communication is easy. The owner man is responsive to resolve the problem . He is an understanding person as in person he came in short period after the call for the problem still persist. I am really appreciate that he is about the satisfaction of his client. Even i paid a double prize for time during the week-end i can sleep good when my heater's system work good now. By the way the technician she is very friendly.

Good servic, good price! They took care of all the complicted dual energy paperwork. They were pleasant to deal with and the installion crew were exceptional and fun!
I have recommended them to two of my friends which have also signed contracts. 👌👍

The technician that was sent was very knowledgeable and homed in on the problem very quickly. He came the same day that I called and price was very reasonable.

Its a long time that I am waiting for final quote. After 5 days I sent several emails and the response is, I prefer to have my answer by email,
Francois is on the road. Just a reply by Valerie:

6 October:

Hello,
I am unfortunately unable to answer your questions, and François is on the road today and tomorrow.

That is why I scheduled a phone appointment with him so that you can discuss your needs together.
If the situation requires it, a new quote will be sent to you.
