Seriously, no courtesy on the road... just because this guy didn't have time to pass me, he could easily have climbed into my suitcase (note that there were vehicles in front of me, so you wouldn't have saved much time)... it gives a lovely impression 🙄🤦‍♀️

A very bad experience with this company. Knowing full well that we would be without heat for a week and a half at this time of year, we received no service whatsoever. They said they would send us a quote, we waited for a call back, but nothing. Finally, I decided to use Lajoie for our hot water heating, and their service was exceptional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unreliable, unprofessional, and I question their competence. They suggested replacing the pumps, a replacement that would have been very expensive, while Lajoie fixed the problem for $300. Ridiculous!

We hired a plumber to clean our backflow preventer and perform several other minor repairs.

Of the five jobs requested, only the toilet installation was done correctly. He refused to replace our toilet bowl and instead applied a clear sealant around it. He also refused to replace our sink cartridge, saying he didn't have that model, even though he didn't bother to check. Note that this model is readily available at hardware stores. He also supposedly adjusted the sink handles to straighten them, but it didn't hold at all; the photos were taken shortly after he left.

Furthermore, we experienced a sewer backup, even though we had clearly requested that the backflow preventer be cleaned. The plumber simply opened the valve, said it didn't need cleaning, and closed everything up. I had to clear a two-inch sewer backup throughout my basement. When we called them to report it, they told us it was normal!?!?!? We then opened the backflow preventer ourselves and found that the seal was full of sand, dirty, and hadn't been cleaned, contrary to what an expert had confirmed to us!

No return calls, no official apology, no compensation offered for the backup caused by their negligence.

Go somewhere else.

Worst customer service that i ever had , the women who answered the call had a really bad attitude with me , i got a throat cancer stage 4 and it hard for me to talk clearly on phone , she has talked over me with attitude like i was disturbing her when i was trying to explain my problem , after 2 min of trying , i didnt finish to try and just end the call . You should clearly call somewhere else to have a better experience .
