Let me tell you this gem always is on point.
I bought my husband’s ring here and Phil helped me. He was very nice and helpful as my husband loves diamonds and dust want anything simple. He was able to find me something in budget and bling blow.
Almost a year later I came back to take his ring for a cleaning. I had just had a really rough week and this woman Jonae (I hope I’m spelling her name right) Greeted me with such care and was super friendly. I did browse a bit for myself and Jonae was so helpful however it was the customer service for me that was over the top and the feeling of family. I had a conversation with her a Julissa and they both were just a really bright light and I will literally be a loyal customer to icebox forever so long as I live in Atlanta because of how thankful I am for Jonae. I called my husband and said we fgoing to buy some stuff soon and it’s gonna be from Jonae. Real live best place, quality and staff ever!

I first noticed Icebox from the nail salon next door. Steady foot traffic, with everyone walking out wearing big, shiny diamonds you could spot from a mile away. I finally went in looking for a very thin tennis bracelet. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much in the customer service department given past experiences elsewhere, my minimalist taste, and what I assumed the average Icebox customer was shopping for.

Boy was I wrong.

Jenee Ewen felt like an instant friend—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely there to help. This was such a refreshing and different jewelry experience for me. She didn’t waste my time, answered all of my (very) ignorant questions about lab-grown vs standard diamonds without a hint of judgment, and most importantly, she listened. She truly went above and beyond from start to finish.

The best jewelery store in atlanta by far. We went to over 25 stores in atlanta and couldn't find anything good. Icebox has the best natural diamonds. We ordered a completely customized diamond chain and the workers were really helpful.

Dominique, Jae and the icebox crew always look out when I step in the building. I've bought several pieces and just recently received my first custom ring. Our experience here was unlike anything else! I knew exactly what I wanted when we walked in to Icebox. I looked around for a couple minutes and found a cushion cut yellow diamond that was in a double halo setting. I knew I only wanted a solitaire Fancy Yellow Diamond in yellow gold. Our sales specialist, Dominique was and still is AMAZING!!! She explained how the designer at Icebox would pop out my diamond and customize it. There are many different ways to set a Solitaire diamond. I sent Dominique a couple pictures of a basket setting for my Diamond and they rushed the customization on my ring too. It is absolutely perfect! We have since gone back to see Dominique to create my wedding band as well. Icebox is family owned locally in Atlanta. This will always be our spot to come for jewelry.
