The woman that was sent to fix my kitchen sink that was leaking as well as clogged was delightful. She was extremely friendly which made me feel very comfortable. She was knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions in a way that I would understand. She worked hard and did a very thorough job. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied. Ace plumbing and heating (the woman plumber in particular) is the company I will be calling for all of my plumbing needs based solely on the knowledge, work ethic and attitude of this one woman.

Extremely expensive company. $150 plus tax for house call, by a highly inexperienced staff. The lady that was sent to evaluate the situation had no idea what she was talking about and left without giving a concrete solution to the problem. We had to call come one else who did it for half the price! When we tried to contest the bill, they sent it to collections!!! No dialogue...Nothing. Absolutely no customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
