I had such a good experience the first time around with this bank when I first lived in Texas. I moved away to Colorado for a few years and had a new bank account. I remembered how much of a good experience. I had the first time so that’s what prompted me to rejoin ABC bank. But after I rejoined ABC in December before leaving Colorado and moving back to West Texas, and it’s just been one problem after another. There’s constant issues with the mobile app. For example - right now the mobile app says I have no card attached to my account, but I most definitely do. Last week they said they had submitted a ticket, kind of indicating that it would only be a day or two before it was resolved. It’s been a week now and no movement. I spoke to Kaitlyn today at the Indiana location who had no resolution other than offering to turn off the card herself. But of course they’re only open certain hours. Since I can’t turn my card off or on or even access it at all on the app, expenses keep getting taken out of my card and I only have so much money… ABC bank is currently really screwing over my husband and I. Not intentionally but it seems like there’s just issue after issue with the company itself. I will be canceling my bank account with them in the near future, and going through a different company like Wells Fargo that has more palpable solutions, less regular issues, and more options. The other odd takeaway and observation we’ve noticed since moving back to Lubbock 6 months ago is that they have no after-hours ATMs, or any ATM that allows you to add $ to your account. That is beyond bizarre and not accessible by any means. It’s just not good customer service.

I've been with them 21 years!! I can't imagine using any other bank! They know my name & I love going inside because I get to see them!

Great customer services at 82nd and Indiana branch. Especially Jonathan and Angie they make feel like family.
