She fosters a positive, encouraging environment that builds technical skill, artistic expression, and confidence. With a degree in Education from the University of Calgary and a Master's in Special Education from UBC, Joy tailors her lessons to suit each student's learning style and goals. She prepares students for exams, recitals, or simply playing for fun, always emphasizing a balanced approach of technique and creativity.
