We had an amazing experience at Elit Tile. Edward and the whole team were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process.
They have so many tile selections to choose from, and the prices are really good and very reasonable.

We ended up choosing tiles for our whole house from Elit Tile, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a sample after seeing it in a store and really liking its look, but the piece I received was completely different — the color, texture, and overall appearance had nothing to do with what was shown online or in the showroom.

The sample was clearly defective and in poor condition. When I contacted the company, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. They simply said they “cannot control how the tile looks” and refused to offer any replacement or refund.

Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering samples from them.

Always great working with Elit Tile! They have a huge selection and great prices. This is my second time purchasing material with them for a remodel. We bought floor tile and countertops with them on our most recent project. I worked with Ted, at the Pico location, on this kitchen remodel and he was extremely helpful.

I called Elit Tile looking for a specific color grout. I spoke w/ Edward on the phone.
He had what we needed in stock and sent me a quote while we were still on the phone via email.
He was friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with.
I can't speak for the physical location, but as far as sales people via phone goes, Edward was great!

We visited many tile stores for our kitchen backsplash and found what we were looking for at Elit Tile. Edward was very helpful in pointing out a variety of options. We went on a Saturday and he followed up with information on Monday morning just like he said he would. He made the experience easy and was quick at getting back to us when we were ready to place the order. I highly recommend checking out this place.

Elit Tile has an awesome variety of tile - from contemporary to traditional. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Showroom is clean and well organized. Parking is easy. Ted Lee is outstanding- he’s friendly, diligent and went right to work finding the tile we wanted and getting it ordered asap. He saved me time and money! I would highly recommend Elit Tile!

I've shopped at this location and the one in North Hollywood. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. My most recent experience was with Miguel Santiago. He was super helpful and had a nice design sense. I had some open questions and he followed up with the manufacturer and got back to me right away. I've shopped for tile in many locations and I would recommend Elit Tile over any of the box stores. If you need tile, ask or Miguel!!!

I came in and sat down on one of their chairs and waited as there was one sales person on the counter helping her customer.

William Han came from the back to help assist me immediately.

The process was really fast and quick and he even gave me a slight discount and hand delivered the tiles to me as the Warehouse worker was helping a customer.

Overall the customer service provided by William Han was terrific and would recommend.
