My husband recently became disabled due to a leg amputation. Our bathroom no longer worked for him. We live in a 900 sq. ft. loft conversion in the Exchange District - tight quarters for a reno. We needed to remove the bath, build a shower, add grab bars, and create a bathroom that would allow my husband to be completely independent. And, for me and for resale value, it needed to look good, not institutional. Blanka at W.C. Potts was wonderful, she was there to help me make decisions and she listened to what I wanted. She never tried to "up-sell" me and she found the very stylish grab bars that I wanted. The towel bars in the photo are also grab bars. Dave and Dan were the contractors Blanka assigned to our reno and I can't say enough good about them. They completely accommodated our needs in terms of this being our only bathroom and our plans to spend a few days at a hotel once the toilet was removed. Their work was precise, they arrived on time every day, and they were friendly, nice guys. I can't imagine how difficult this would have been if that wasn't the case. We absolutely could not be happier with our reno and would not change anything.

Redid 3 bathrooms with much help from Randy, the owner. . Very positive experience. Always very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend WC Potts.

WC Potts sold us a Toto toilet (approx. $800 toilet as it had to fit into an existing space so was a special design) and the tank continuously fills as the seal doesn't fit properly.

I dealt with WC Potts once when I needed a fawcett for my old claw foot tub. What a relief from trying the big box stores. Knowledgable people low pressure. .we found exactly what we were looking for..even asked for a slight change to the handles...they accomadated us on the special order at no extra charge, and the price not much more than the bib box stores. Highly recommend.

This reno has turned into a bit of a mess due in part to WC Potts and their ability to get an order correct. First it took over 4 months to get our product and when we did get it, the order was incorrect, forcing a complete plumbing change around rather than simply pulling all the old bathroom appliances and installing the new ones, as we were not willing to wait 4 more months with out a main bath room. All in all things would have been OK had the owners just fixed the problem in the first place rather than trying to find fault and arguing with us about why the order was wrong in the first place.

Over all nice product, poor service, beware and if you deal with them cover your bases and make sure you know EXACTLY what you want in Industry language a diagram of your bathroom layout will not be good enough for them!
