Came out few years ago to fix plumbing. Now we had to do again because found out they didn’t do it right in the first place. Gave us one quote then as leaving gave us a higher one said oh you have to pay us for our gas. Two hundred dollars more. Bad service .

Got a bunch of work done from these guys, was told there was going to be other things done and they weren't done got screwed outta a good amount of money, had items damaged from them and made a brand new item look terrible, . Was a bad bad experience for the amount that was spent and told there was going to be a bunch of other things done and didn't get done

Stopped in yesterday with a toilet fill problem that I couldn't solve. I had ordered a part online which turned out to be the wrong part and my own misdiagnose. Explained the issue to the gent on the desk who quickly identified the issue and then took the time to explain the cause and educate me on the workings of the equipment. I really appreciated that! His time and patience was awesome, well done, customer service...old school..a real pro. Thanks it worked as you advised and we are all good. Thanks again. Bob.

Great experience with Stiles. My pump failed on Friday night went to see them first thing Saturday morning to see if someone could come out to see what the problem was. They said someone would contact me shortly. Within an hour I was called and they were there in a short time. They pulled the pump and replaced it . I highly recommend them if you ever have a problem .

We live in Sussex and walked into the store in the early summer of 2023. We requested for someone to come to our home to do a quote on one of our bathrooms that we wanted to renovate. The gentleman took our telephone number and address, and told us someone would come that week! Months later after a no show, we walked into the store again! I asked if maybe because my telephone exchange was from out of province was that a problem? I was told no, requested again to get a quote, received the same response! Someone would come that week! Fast forward to January 2025, still no quote. One more chance, my husband placed a call. A young girl answered, told our story, was promptly told she would forward this to the owner immediately! This has now been over a week. We have hired another plumber given that Stiles can’t be bothered. Moral of the story IMO is that Stiles makes so much money that they don’t have time for us wee folk!
