Very unprofessional experience. I canceled my storage unit about a month ago and was explicitly told (in writing) that as long as I moved out by the 5th, I would not be charged for another month. I followed those instructions exactly and moved out on time.

I was being charged anyway, and when I reached out, they claimed it was because I didn’t send a photo of the empty unit—something that was never mentioned to me at any point. That requirement was never communicated, and it feels like an excuse after the fact.

The communication has been inconsistent and frustrating. I did everything I was told to do, yet I was still being charged. Be very careful and make sure you get ALL requirements clearly stated upfront if you use this place.

I have been with Global Mini Storage for over 6 years. The prices are reasonable. The service is great. Any time I need a receipt it is promptly given to me either by email or mailed directly to my address. I have never had any issues with extra or high fees - ever. The staff is wonderful and friendly - always there to be helpful and with a smiling face. They make you feel like extended family.

I have used this facility many times over the past 10-15 years. Always friendly and kind customer service. When they where full, the manager was so helpful sending me to another facility she new of that had vacancies. A previous review said it was old and run down. It may be older but I have never had a problem personally and would recommend checking with them when in need of a storage. Prices are reasonable and I have found other places are to pricey to store my belongings.
