I’m a big fan of both seafood and good meat, and Ghadir Meat & Restaurant is one of the few places that satisfies both cravings in one stop. I loved being able to pick my own fish right from the counter — I chose a sea bass and asked for it to be grilled well with a crisp finish. They nailed it exactly the way I wanted.

If you enjoy choosing your own fish and having it prepared to your preference, this place is definitely worth a visit. On the meat side, there are plenty of kebab, grill, and combo options as well.

It’s a self‑serve setup: you place your order, pay, get a receipt with a number, and wait for it to be announced before picking up your food. Seating is open, so you can sit wherever you find a spot.

The restaurant gets busy on weekends and the ambience isn’t the highlight, but the food quality and price make it a satisfying experience overall.

Amazing food and top-tier flavors! Their shawarmas are incredibly flavorful and always packed perfectly. If you haven't tried the charcoal barbecue chicken yet, you are missing out it has that perfect smoky, juicy finish. They also just added a new Sujuk burger/shawarma burger to the menu, and it is absolutely brilliant, bringing a unique twist that completely works.
Overall, this place is a gem in Scarborough. Fast service, great portions, and consistently delicious. Highly recommended!

A well known Lebanese restaurant with authentic Mediterranean food.
We tried the bakery and fish restaurant.
They bake one of the best Lahem-Ajeen in the GTA.
We tried grilled and fried fish, and they didn't disappoint.

They have a very busy butcher shop.
The shawarma restaurant looks delicious but we didn't try this time.

Both visits, we found parking spot, but others weren't very lucky.

There's a small seating area outside the restaurant overlooking the busy intersection.

Just visited Ghadir Meat Restaurant in Scarborough and the food did not disappoint. 🔥

We ordered the grilled chicken and shrimp platter, and everything was cooked perfectly over charcoal. The chicken was juicy with that smoky flavor you only get from real grilling. The shrimp were well-seasoned and slightly charred, which made them incredibly tasty. 🍤🍗

The garlic sauce was creamy and rich, and the fresh lemon and bread balanced the flavors perfectly. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh.

Inside, the place feels like a mix of a butcher shop, bakery, and restaurant. You can see fresh breads, desserts, and Middle Eastern sweets on display while you wait for your order. It’s casual, busy, and full of great aromas.

If you’re in Scarborough and craving authentic Middle Eastern grilled food, Ghadir is definitely worth a visit. Great flavors, generous portions, and a lively atmosphere
