Alexa Beehler was my physiotherapist, she was awesome! Not only is she insanely educated, she made the sessions feel like I was coming to see my friend for help! It was a very comforting experience, I actually really enjoyed going to my sessions! The clinic is very clean and all of the assistive staff there were wonderful as well!

Have had such a great experience, you get very well taken care of, Patrick is very knowledgeable, remembers so much, and keeps such a positive and uplifting environment. Always felt like my pain was taken seriously, and we would come up with a game plan to try and alleviate that, and it’s worked wonders so far. Showing up regularly and doing the exercises is important, but walking out and having that hope of being able to move is freeing.

I had an excellent experience at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport ,especially with Moshu. She is incredibly compassionate, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. From the very first session, I felt I was in safe and capable hands. Her knowledge and personalized approach made a huge difference in my recovery. He cares a lot about his patients and takes the time to plan out a really comprehensive recovery plan. We could not have asked for better care.

I see Alexe and she is fantastic. She has helped me with pain in my right knee and now I'm going through some pain in my hip on the left hand side, and she's been helping a lot. She's super knowledgeable, very caring and compassionate. Quite frankly , the whole staff there is fantastic. I'm so glad I found them. If I can give ten stars, I would.

Alexe helped me tremendously with my sciatica and lower back pain. Her dry needling, manual therapy, and the exercises she prescribed made a huge difference. Everything worked together to reduce my pain and improve my mobility. Thanks to her treatment plan, I was able to get through a 10-hour flight I had scheduled with much less discomfort. I’m very grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

I first met Patrick in June 2022 for my right knee. At that time, the clinic was very new. I was pleased with his service. In December 2025, I contacted Patrick again but this time to address my right shoulder. The clinic had grown and now there's a cool, friendly vibe that is present. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Stephanie who is really friendly and calls you by your first name at your subsequent visits. Patrick is equally kind and very knowledgeable and he was able to reduce the pain in my shoulder. I live in Stonebridge so it's a bonus that I can walk to the clinic and register some steps!

Pat was a huge help in my recovery after a fractured elbow. Even after the first session, I had a huge improvement in range of motion. Pat and the team were also always a pleasure to work with and accommodating for appointments. I would highly recommend this clinic and Pat McKee to anyone needing physiotherapy, and I would definitely return for any future concerns.

I’ve been seeing Patrick since I was in grade 7/8, and now at 21 I can honestly say he’s been one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to stay healthy and active. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and how to improve it. Over the years he’s helped me recover from injuries, prevent new ones, and keep up with my training as a student-athlete.

The clinic itself is also fantastic the facilities are clean, modern, and well-equipped, which makes the whole experience that much better. It’s clear they put thought into creating an environment where clients feel comfortable and supported.

I have long experience with Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic, who have guided my recovery from two ACL surgeries and other minor ailments and they were always great at getting me back into my regular sports routine. Patrick is amazing - from his assessment, his thoughtful design of an exercise regime, and follow-ups. (Also love how OPSC works with their student physiotherapists!).

Earlier this year, I had meniscus repair surgery and started physio a few weeks later at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport Clinics - Stonebridge, where I met Patrik. From the start, he was knowledgeable, professional, and supportive.

I had an ambitious goal: to recover and run a full marathon in the spring, pain-free and without injury. It felt almost impossible at the time, but Patrik guided me with a clear plan and encouraged consistency with exercises. Thanks to his expertise, I regained my range of motion sooner than expected, started running earlier, and achieved my goal — I completed the marathon pain-free!

I'm truly grateful for his help and highly recommend him.

This place is fabulous! Best staff all around. Easy scheduling and super knowledgeable 🤩 I can’t say enough about Alexe, she is a super star ⭐️ she is great with kids all the way up to 105 years young! Sophia Park treated the shoulder pain that I had for a more than 6 month. She was professional and knowledgeable. Great location, easy parking, good hours and open early. Patrick provides really clear direction about physio exercises and offers modifications where needed, which is great and helps to motivate. Really good follow up post-sessions regarding exercises to be done between visits (i.e. emails with clear explanation, video and availability to answer any questions).

I always feel very comfortable and respected, and I can tell that Patrick really wants to help fix the issue, and help prevent potential related issues, but without a need or pressure of more appointments than necessary. I so appreciate this.

Location is good although parking can be a problem because of a small parking lot and limited on street parking close to the clinic. The clinic is clean, bright and well equipped. Staff are excellent: the front desk staff are courteous and helpful, the physiotherapists are knowledgeable and have great "bed side manner" even when calling out clients for being tardy, or showing incredible patience as clients go above and beyond when describing whatever ails them.

I have been seeing Patrick based on a recommendation and I couldn't be more satisfied. Patrick's assessment was thorough, he identified factors (including many I was unaware of) that contribute to the problem and exercises that will help correct these. Patrick is also skilled "hands on" such as stretching or addressing weaknesses in muscles\muscle groups.

Overall, I highly recommend the clinic and Patrick in particular.

One last thing, Patrick works with you in the official language of your choice.

Alexe was amazing at finding what was wrong with my shoulder, she was very polite and sweet and she's also bilingual. French and English.
I'm in good hands here at OPSC Barrhaven.
This location is close to home and I can walk to it no problem. The interior is great, clean and full exercise equipments and tools to help with any situations.
I would definitely recommend their services to everyone in need of Physiotherapy.
