I would give zero stars if I could for a rating.

At first, when setting up an appointment to be measured and fitted for Orthotics, everything was prompt and fast.

However for any subsequent calls relating to any other foot problems; I never received any calls back. I left several messages over the course of a few weeks and finally gave up.

I recommend anyone that if you want Orthotics and are covered by insurance; you'll get a quick response.

But if you want any follow-up care or anything else, you may as well go elsewhere. I'm guessing the profit margin for any other services offerred is not as big as for the inserts and not worth her time.
