Would not recommend this PA. Arrogant, no positive communication and had little time to discuss things with me. Told me he was fast because he saw 50 patients a day. You now have 49 patients.

I am so glad my friend recommended Jack Saunders!! I had a sore on my toe that hurt a lot.
He got me in a lot sooner than the other dermatologist I called who couldnt even get me an appt for 2-3 months. I waited about 40 min in the waiting room, which beats 2-3 months for the appt itself, but I totally understood. He was trying to fit in people that didn't want to wait for ages to get in at all. He was knowledgeable and caught some pre-cancer I didn't realize was a problem, that want even the reason I wanted to be seen. I feel very blessed and appreciate his time and care.

I will never go to Jack Saunders again. I had bumps on my stomach that continued to open up and bleed. He removed one, but a second one came up. He would only inject steroids. He wouldn’t do anything about a second bump because it was “midline?” Well, the steroids lasted for awhile and then it started again. The “MD” over him won’t seem me unless it is for surgery. Well went to a different Dermatologist and I can relax knowing my issue has been resolved! The first one was a suture from a previous surgery that was removed and stitched. The second bump was a cyst. I will never go to this provider again!

Our experience with Dr Saunders has been nothing like what other folks have posted. I appreciate his straight approach in candor. He's very kind to my son who is his patient and explains the treatment and the diagnosis with absolute clarity. I found him to be quite knowledgeable regarding his keloid diagnosis and treatment. I would go to him if I needed a dermatologist.

Disorganized. Zero communication. RUDE. I started going to this dermatologist 2 years ago for acne and moles. My first couple experiences were so-so. The wait times are always long, averaging around 30-40 minutes. For my past visit, I called to make an appointment and as always, they ask what you are being seen for. On this particular phone call, I was informed that they no longer treat acne. This wasn't the reason for my appointment, but after hanging up, I thought...what? Anyway, after describing the skin issues that I've been having, the woman scheduling the appointment replied with, "that sounds terrible." Anyway, I live in Orem so getting there takes a hot minute. Around 40 to be exact. I arrive at the appointment. I fill out the form with all the questions explaining why I'm there. I get called back. (another 20 minutes in the patient room) Dr. Saunders comes in and asks what's going on while holding the paper that I filled out. He interrupts me and rudely says "Oh...hold on. We don't do that here. We specialize in skin cancer." WHAT. He says, "The ladies up front should have informed you of that when you made the appointment." I cannot emphasize how frustrating this was and his arrogant attitude did not help the situation. I said, "Well, this was a massive waste of time and I'd like my co-pay back." He told me that he still treats me for my acne and he won't be able to give me a new script for it if I get my co-pay back. He kept saying how I hadn't been there since 2022. But I had just seen him last year and that's how I still had an active prescription for my acne meds. I told him not to write a new one. I have a 90 day supply anyway. I confronted the ladies at the front desk and the woman who made the appointment indicated that I was a liar stating, "I wouldn't have made the appointment with those symptoms." By the way... How is it that he still wanted to treat me for my acne when I was told over the phone that they don't treat for that anymore? I've yet to have my co-pay returned. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your skin care needs.
