Poor service at this branch. Won't even answer their phones anymore to answer a simple question. Force you to leave a message and promise to call back by end of day and never do. Understandably this could happen once but it's just the norm. Honestly no one has time to play games like this. Service has deteriorated greatly.

A bank is supposed to want to help someone deal with an estate with compassion and care. It’s supposed to make one of the hardest moments of people’s lives just slightly easier to deal with. I had to submit the paperwork required for the estate 5 TIMES at this branch for it to finally be in the system, and despite this, I still get letters that they WEREN’T RECEIVED. It was so bad that the Perception department told me to just submit them myself by email at this point because it seems no one has figured out how to SUBMIT DOCUMENTS FOR A FREAKIN ESTATE. I was even pulled aside to make sure the matter was dealt with and that the branch would submit them properly, I gave my phone number to the lady, she reassured me she would give me a call to confirm it was all in order, and guess what, she never called, AND THEY NEVER GOT THE DAMN DOCUMENTS. How in the hell can that even be possible? I’ve never seen such a thing. I’m appalled at this branch and will never bank with national bank ever. Only reason I’m dealing with them is for the estate.

Came to the bank to open different accounts, both the banking advisor and the front desk workers were rude and unprofessional. The front desk also did not have full knowledge of the different offers they have for professionals. Ended up closing my accounts because of this subpar customer service.

I gotta say the staff is very friendly, very professional, and takes the time to listen to their customer and ensure a very modern service oriented approach towards them
Only thing I would add is opened kn Saturdays and longer hours. I work night shifts so the hours could be optimized for all workers and businesses. I highly recommend this branch.
