Alterations at Nordstrom Rack was a nice place, but a little messy. There were a lot of things all over the place, not really where they belonged. There were quite a few people inside. They had a large variety of products. Most of the things were at affordable prices.

Multiple tailors failed to fix a common problem that I have with off the rack sports coats. After spending hundreds on the issue I was dejected and close to giving up. Then, I heard about Nordstrom’s Tanasbourne tailoring and was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a fantastic tailor on staff. The tailor did what others could not and addressed the issue with my sports coats. I can’t speak highly enough about their work. I was extremely impressed.

I’ve used this service before and it’s so great! IF you’re here when the alterations person is on site. There’s no way to drop off your items with measurements or anything when they’re not available. Seems like alterations hours need to be updated on the website or more clearly shared.
