I am delighted with the excellent customer service l received from Bhakti today at the Burlington Center. She was polite, patient & knowledgeable. I was purchasing a new phone & had alot of questions which she answered clearly & professionally. She made navigating my new phone's technology & billing plan simple to understand. Her beautiful smile sealed the deal! Her competent colleague Shivam assisted with trying to transfer my old data & was kind & helpful. Bhakti & Shivam also provided me with all the accessories l needed & Bhakti assured me that if l ever need help in learning how to use my new smartphone l was welcome to stop by anytime. True to her word she helped me figure out how to access Google reviews so l could leave this 5 star feedback. Thank you Bhakti & Shivam.

Today was my last day as a Fido customer! I've been a loyal customer with Fido for 5 + years and this was first time I had an issue.

My experience: A few days ago, I noticed my account (both app and website) was experiencing issues (error message - try again in a few minutes) - I was worried about my account being frozen. Called Fido Customer Service - First employee : Told me he couldn't help, Second employee - said I needed to call TransUnion. Transunion employee said, nothing is wrong and I should call Fido (I also checked Equifax to validate). Tried calling Fido back - this time, auto messaging said they were busy and they will call me back in 3 days. I went to the Burlington Mall kiosk. No one in line up ... I waited... Fido employee talked on the phone, cleaned the counters, did everything but chat with me... and when I wouldn't leave he came over and asked what I wanted.. worth noting, he didn't ask me any questions, didn't ask for my name... After 5 additional minutes I sensed he could care less. I said I will take my business else where and he was fine with that!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fido. Within 2–3 days of receiving the SIM card, I decided I did not want the service and repeatedly tried to contact customer service to cancel under the buyer’s remorse policy. However, reaching support was incredibly frustrating. I was constantly told that callbacks were scheduled, but I never received them, and when I finally connected with an agent after several attempts, the call was disconnected without proper help. Despite trying to cancel within the allowed timeframe, the delays were entirely caused by Fido’s poor customer service process.

To make matters worse, I later received a bill for $126 even though I never even inserted or used the SIM card. After long discussions with multiple agents and managers, most of the charges were eventually reversed, but I was still left with a $5 bill, which I do not believe I should have had to pay at all. This whole experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted so much of my time. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a major company like Fido.

Had an issue with my fido account, Bryan was great. He fix it in a flash. Amazing customer service, will definitely came back for all my Fido needs.!

Best service I’ve received in years. Brian was a legend, in Black Friday, the most hectic time of the year, took the time to help me find a phone and plan that worked for me. I was a loyal Koodo client and thanks to him and reasonable offers at Rogers I made the switch. 5+ stars to them!
