lost my mail and they never answer their phone

Lately, we have noticed increase of erroneous mailings in our mail box and neighbours delivering our mail in their mail box. Sometimes, I did not even receive mail from important utilities, e.g Enbridge Gas who had to call notifying me of delinquency in payments and threatening cut-off gas supply due to non-payment of bills, which I never ever intentionallly allow.
