Yesterday I purchased a dozen eggs from my local Shoppers Drugmart store. I was shocked when I cracked open an egg for breakfast to discover an underdeveloped chicken embryo. I contacted head office and was informed they would look into the matter. This afternoon I returned the carton to the store and they were SO KIND to give exchange for a new carton. Sure hope these don't hatch!

This store is great!! the pharmacy staff really work hard to serve the customers the best they can. I've been in there a couple times to see some of their patients completely freak out on them for something that's not even their fault, quiet sad actually since they work their best. the cashiers are super friendly, unfortunately have long line ups (because there's always some sales, or bonus points event going on) but any place that has a cash register will gladly take you (cosmetics, pharmacy, photo dept etc..)
overall pretty great store.

terrible service- asked for fragile stiker for package- lady immediatly dropped the box a good 8" to land on counter- was rude- arrogant and confrontative- when I pointed out that I was not the one yelling- in fact, I was hardly speaking at all, she escalated beyond all reason. I will never give any more business to this outlet.
