Bought an item with Pool Perks; did not work; sent it Back; They will not reinstate over 200 dollars that it cost me in Pool Perks. Ticket # 04096946. Wasted hours on this. CS does not know how to own an issue. Just stalling tactics. Recently spent over 5000 on a new pool heater.

As the new owners of a home with a pool, we went to the Sandy Springs location of Leslie’s Pools looking for guidance on what to do and what we needed to maintain the pool ourselves. We had an amazing customer experience with June who tested our water, carefully explained the results, recommended the supplies we needed and why, then walked us through how to use them. June was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. We will be back and her customer-first approach completely won us over as new customers. We highly recommend Leslie’s … and ask for June!

Went here without knowing anything about my new homes pool, let’s just say these ladies in here are AMAZING🤩. I was here probably for an hr talking to the new manager and she knows her stuff! I will definitely be back here weekly! I do have one thing to not pick at, they are limited on product right now which totally throws a wrench into my maintenance worksheet!

Great service for pool owners. Water testing and detailed instructions to get your pool or spa water balanced and ready for swimming. Get pool equipment, chemicals, and pool toys here. Save money with their app and loyalty program. Be forewarned, lots of chemicals if you are sensitive to breathing or being around them.
