Manager came off her lunch break to help me because the assistant was brand new which I appreciated. She tested my water sample and gave me a written out plan on how to solve my pool algae problem. And it worked!! I was supposed to return to the store with another water sample but because I knew what to do afterwards, I didn’t.
I’m extremely grateful that she helped me because I was considering filling up pool with dirt. 😆😂😅.
Thanks a million.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! There was no one up front and the only two employees were in the back talking SUPER loud and did not come up to help me. They had looked at me at the front desk many times and knew i was there. I then asked if i needed to come to them to get the help i needed and one of them said they would come to help me and didn’t come up to help me till 10 MINUES LATER!! And even after waiting long for help we was HORRIBLY RUDE!!!

I try my hardest not to go in the Shreveport location. I go in when it's a sale but the customer service is awful. I went in and the bald guy with dyed beard didn't greet me. I asked for a pool test reading and he acted like it wasn't something they do. He did the reading and wouldn't give me a print out. He said you didn't buy nothing so you don't get a print out! I told him I spent $168 in there last month. He didn't care? It's unfortunate because I know other pool owners but they won't go back to that location unless it changes management. I won't be back either!

The lady (she said she is the manager) working today was terribly rude, unfriendly, and one of the worst people I’ve met in my life! I had a similar bad experience with her last week too which prompted me to write this review. Hope they replace her with someone with some basic decent manners. Everyone else has been super friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service. Very rude employees each time I come in, but when my husband comes with me, they act decent to us. What the heck?!
They obviously hate their job and have no desire to provide any help to their customers.
