Buyer beware, we have been extremely disappointed with their service. Everyone was nice and everything sounded great at the beginning and then once you are locked into their lease, you are left at their mercy. The first break-in at our facility once we secured Elite Services, was not detected or reported by their monitoring system. This has continued to be a theme with their service. September 23, 2021 we had another burglary but the Elite Cameras' had lost communication and had been down from 9/10/2021 - 9/27/2021. July 18 2021 through November 2021, I was no longer receiving Daily Reports, I had no way of knowing that our facility was being monitored. The company had to put us on live monitoring because they weren't able to do voice downs during this time or the proper monitoring promised in the lease. We trusted Elite to provide excellent service and a sense of safety for our store owners. In our situation Elite Interactive has not met those standards.
