Kelvin and his team from First Choice Plumbing and Heating has done a fantastic job for us. We had First Choice install all the plumbing for a new garage barn that we built in the Pigeon Lake area. This included installing a tankless hot water system. We highly recommend First Choice Plumbing and Heating.

Kelvin helped my family during a time where our furnace stopped working. He diagnosed the issue and provided options of how much it would cost to fix and how much it cost to replace. He also helped in answering questions in what was the better option. We decided to replace our furnace since it was over 23 years old. Kelvin provided us a new furnace with install within 2days. His service, expertise and value were very useful and helpful. I would recommend Kelvin to anyone.

Kelvin is amazing! Extremely competent and provided high quality service in a timely manner. Fairly priced and a great guy to deal with. Thank you Kelvin!

UPDATE: a few months after kelvin helped us with our water tank, we came home to a broken furnace during the cold snap (-30 temperatures). We called Kelvin in a panic and he came out after hours to replace our furnace. He worked late to get everything installed and running. We were so grateful as we were worried about our pipes freezing. It is clear kelvin cares about his customers wellbeing. We will only be working with kelvin in the future.

Kelvin from First Choice came to our house to unclog our kitchen sink late at night. He cleaned the drain and then quickly put a camera down our main sewer. He did this because we told him we have had problems. He showed us it was corroded and cleaned it out with a snake. We haven’t had an issue since and would use him for any plumbing and heating services.

First Choice came to our house late last night in St. Albert in an emergency to unclog our drain and sewer. It was a very tight spot and the previous plumber told us it couldn’t be done. They cut a new clean out in and pulled out our babies shirt. Not sure how that got there! They cleaned the drain after and since then it’s been flowing perfectly. They were fair priced and super experienced. I would highly recommend First Choice for any plumbing issues! 5 stars at minimum!
