Doin my daughter’s lease for the 4th year now and rarely ever getting to speak to an actual person in every process can be very frustrating! Dealing with West Quad has been like a breath of fresh air. Jonathan and Jordan went above and beyond to help me thoroughly through the whole process. I had a hiccup along the way and their attentiveness and priority to get it all handled so quickly is unreal in customer service this day and age. Thank you so much for your time and help! You guys are amazing!!

West quad has great apartment layout with lots of space and natural light. The staff is super helpful and easy to get in touch with. The amenities and the location is awesome too.

The maintenance team here is truly amazing, especially Harvester! Every time we have needed help, they respond so quickly and are always incredibly kind, friendly, and positive. They make everything feel so easy and stress-free, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who live here. It’s so refreshing to interact with a team that is not only efficient, but also warm and welcoming. Their hard work and great attitudes never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything they do!

West quad has made my senior year living experience so amazing! The volleyball court and pool are absolutely amazing and ive spent so many hours with my friends out there. It is so fun and everyone here is so happy and inclusive. The houses are also amazing and my townhouse feels like a home. It is so big and spacious and the remodel they just did is so nice.

I have loved my experience living here. The maintenance staff have a great attitude and are great at their jobs. There are a lot of events put on by management with free food, drinks, and activities for everyone. Not to mention the great amenities such as the pool, hot tub, jumbotron, gym, and sauna. I would definitely recommend living here!
