Worst banking experience I have ever had. Started out great but when I tried to get a credit line and was denied things went bad immediately. Unwilling to help me get back ontop my finances I ended up taking a quick unsecured loan from a different lender. Unfortunately it wasn't enough and I tried another lender that committed fraud on my account and somehow got access ( hacked) my account. Key Bank locked me out of my account forcing me to have to go to bank to get any funds released by the fraud department. I sent my wife money from my account just prior to this. They flagged her as the fraudster contacting local police to have me file charges for fraud on my wife.
The cut me off from using my debit card, online banking, auto bill payments, and also my ATM card. Injured in a sever accident the only way I could bank was face to face. This aggravated my injuries and made it a giangantic inconvenience to bank there or pay bills. Fraud department then decided to close my accounts. Without ever contacting me. They also decided to terminate my accounts and deni me to bank there ever again. THIS IS UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES TO PUNISH ME FOR WHAT THE FRAUDSTERS DID BY ATTACKING MY ACCOUNT. FLAGGING MY WIFE AS THE FRAUDSTERS. INSTEAD OF HELPING ME RESET MY ACCOUNT WITH BETTER SECURITY ON MY ACCOUNT. THEY TERMINATE MY ACCOUNTS SAYING THAT I'M A HIGH RISK INSTEAD OF HELPING ME GET THRU A FINANCIAL CRISIS.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY KEY BANK FOR ANY KIND OF BANKING NEEDS. THEY FAILED TO HELP IN MY TIME OF NEED FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT. I GIVE ONLY THE BANKER THAT I WORKED WITH BECAUSE SHE AND ONLY HER STEPPED UP AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP BY BRINGING ME A REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARD TO THE HOSPITAL I SPENT 14 DAYS IN. SHE WENT BEYOND HER DUTIES AND TREATED ME HUMAINLY. I WAS HUMBLED BY HER, HER ACTION BROUGHT ME TO TEARS.
