I had such a great experience at Gorjana today. My bracelet broke, and the store associate immediately helped me replace it with a brand new one — the whole process was incredibly smooth, friendly, and hassle-free. I went in on Sunday January 11th 2026 around 1pm and the three girls my Mom and I talked to were SO warm and kind! I brought in a necklace I got at Gorjana about three months ago and the clasp stopped working on it unfortunately and was nervous if I brought it in receipt and all they wouldn't do much about it. But they immediately recognized the issue, saw it wasn't my fault, that I'd taken good care of the necklace and right away replaced it with a new one. I purchased another necklace while in store in the trip and will 100% be back!!

We had the absolute best costumer service experience from one of Gorjana’s staff members at the Bellevue mall during the holiday season. Nohea went out of her way to help us and offered so much kindness, compassion and care. This company is so very lucky to have such a quality woman working for them! Would recommend her to absolutely anyone!!

Such a breath of fresh air! I went into the shop yesterday because I had purchased a necklace from there recently and it happened to break. I brought it in and the staff was so kind and helpful and they didnt grill me they just made it right on the spot. It was painless and one of the better retail experiences I have ever had! The two girls who helped me were awesome!
