I brought a file in to have printed and it was like pulling teeth dealing with these people. Are they just incredibly lazy? They were literally complaining about how much of a hassle it would be to print my stuff. Hello! Aren't you a print shop? Also, aren't I paying you to do this printing? So ridiculous. There were 2 ladies and they were equally unhelpful. Finally, I said I would just bring my printing to Staples in Calgary and all of a suddent they said they could do it. They must know they are the only print shop in town and take any business they get for granted. Not only that, I told them I would fold my printing myself but they went ahead and did it and then charged me for it! Plus, they didn't even fold evenly. A very shoddy job! I will never bring my business back here. Neither should you or you will find yourself posting a review on this website like I am.

When I was asking for a quote they told me one price and said to email them the file for a quote. they then called and said the order was ready without giving me a quote if it was higher. sure enough the price was twice as much and I didn't even get to select the paper choice. I wasn't impressed and this isn't the first time - I wanted to get a price on some printing and they did the job and said it was ready for pick up - I was like I was just wanting to know how much that would be.
