We’ve all been in a situation when we’ve needed a tow, and it’s usually never anything positive, however on occasion small things can help us with the bad. This evening Done Deal Towing’s driver came to my rescue and was nothing but pleasant from arrival to drop off. His attention to detail was truly the best I’ve ever encountered (in many many years with many many tows).

This gentleman is extremely knowledgeable about cars. He’s been involved with cars since he was a young man. Before towing he checked my car out personally. As an older woman I really appreciated him showing me different parts of the engine teaching me what controlled what! He was absolutely excellent, he deserves 10 stars
but five is the highest rating you can give. I truly wish business I dealt with gave the service he does!!! That’s the truth!

Done Deal Towing truly lives up to their name.

We received excellent service from Done Deal Towing during a very stressful situation with numerous issues surrounding towing our vehicle. In the midst of extreme cold and many hurdles just trying to find a company willing to help, they treated us like family.

Brandon, the tow truck driver, was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. He took the time to understand our dilemma and even provided us with contact information for his supervisor, who stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I truly wish I could remember his name so I could recognize him properly with a five-star review as well.

I was involved in a small “fender bender” that left my car not driveable. My insurance company arranged for a tow and Julio from Done Deal towing was assigned my job. Julio was wonderful to work with - communicating with me and my body shop regularly to assure my car made it to the shop on day of accident! I cannot thank Julio enough for making something go right in my long day of mishaps and obstacles! Thank you Done Deal!

Julio came to pick up my car with a flat tire and tow it to the tire store as cars nowadays don’t come with a spare. Very professional, clean, friendly and took care of my car as if it’s his own. Glad that I have a State Farm roadside assistance to cover for this up to 10 miles of towing.

Done Deal Towing was dispatched for one of our 26' trucks during Friday rush hour traffic and they did a fabulous job overall.
At first I was skeptical but this entire experience was the best tow service I have received... Kudos to Done Deal Towing! They were amazing!

The gentleman who drove the tow truck was friendly and unprofessional. He asked permission to start car to drive it onto truck. He knew I had a check engine light and that was why I was having it towed. I felt comfortable and safe. He professionally secured the vehicle before wishing me a safe day and pleasant evening. He showed up when he said he would and this was a blessing after three days of hassling with another tow company. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises.
