I was in a car accident in June of 2025, I have not received hardly any information regarding my case other than all mediation was completed. It is May of 2026. I still have not received any other information regarding my case. Communication is the worst. I feel this company does not have your best interests in mind. Completely a scam. I would highly recommend some other law firm to represent you. Worst service ever.

Honestly, had a very poor experience with them. From the beginning all They really cared about was making sure that they got paid in a timely fashion. I’m not sure if they’re having money issues, I don’t know, But they would hardly reach out to me and when they would reach out to me, it would just be straight money talk. They didn’t even really care what exactly was wrong with me that way, in that sense to strengthen the suit. At times, I would have to follow up under the same email maybe five times to get a response. Everyone there that just seems very unsure and they’re all very disorganized and just honestly don’t care about anything else but a check. They also took the doctor fees that they sent me to out my winnings Which basically left me with nothing. A couple months into the case also the collision center that had my car after the accident contacted me asking me. How can we finish the suit sooner. I am pretty sure that they all are in on it and this is a little scam that they run. Just avoid the headache and go somewhere else. A lot of of their reviews on here also are bought. I don’t think I ever even talked to a lawyer, honestly. It was just a whole bunch of receptionist that kept on changing.Be careful with this “firm“.

Going on 3+ months without a car, the attorneys have left me on a blank on where my case is, I still yet to hear on my car that was taken by a company contracted by their behalf. No word on if it’s going to get fixed. Or when it’ll be returned. Hospitals haven’t heard from them or been able to contact them

Never get involved with Amerberg Law Group if you don’t want to lose your health and nerves. Their goal is not to protect your interests but to get as much money from you as possible.

Before signing the contract, Taras promised golden mountains. After signing the contract on 04/15/2025, I was sent to a chiropractor who “coincidentally” was in the neighboring building of Taras’s office. The chiropractor prescribed electrophoresis and electric massage without any diagnosis — no MRI, no X-ray. Although Taras, Anastasia, and this chiropractor were aware that I could only sleep sitting in a chair due to severe back pain and problems with my hip joint.

Although I had arranged everything with Taras, he said that my case was being handled by Madlen. But she did not answer calls, and every time I had to communicate again through Taras. After 29 days I found out that Madlen was not handling my case — I was simply misled.

Taras wrote to me: “The inspector examined the car and that’s all.” When I was not given information about who was handling my case and what verdict the inspector gave after examining my car, I forbade them to sign any documents without my consent until I said YES or NO. Instead of answering my questions, on May 21 Taras wrote to me asking if I was aware that he could close my case at any time without my consent. When I again asked him to answer my questions, on May 22 I received a message: “I closed your case. Find another lawyer” — without any explanation.

On June 9 Natan Amerberg stated that now my case was “definitely” being handled by Madlen. When I asked why the employees misled, ignored, and deceived me, I received the answer: “I am not responsible for them.” I repeated that they are his employees, but again received the same answer.

The MRI was done only after 58 days. Two areas were skipped completely, and where it was done, the MRI showed serious injuries. After another 11 days, when no one contacted me, I wrote to Madlen asking her to explain why and on what grounds they treated me like this. She again did not respond, and later I received a letter dated June 24 in which Natan Amerberg informed me that my case was closed.

The result of cooperation with Amerberg Law Group:

bill for MRI — $3,500,

my car was sent to a paid parking lot without my consent — bill $2,500 + $45 for each day of downtime,

treatment has still not been appointed. I refused to attend the chiropractor, directly emphasizing that I would no longer go without a diagnosis only for the sake of receipts so that they could later present them to the insurance company.

The car is still standing in the paid parking lot, nothing has been resolved for me with the insurance company of the at-fault driver, and what they decided for themselves — I have no idea, since my case was refused to be given back to me.

I have evidence for everything I have stated.

I thought that the laws were written equally for everyone. But, as it turns out, not for them.

Law firm is named Laury. I got in contact with the firm after a bystander gave me a number to the firm. They responded quite immediately compare to my insurance company who didn’t even provide me a tow truck simply because the “office” was closed for the night.

They are very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I didn’t had to deal with the hassle or back and forth. It was a smooth process. I know they have my best interest and answered my questions and concerns.

I had a generally positive experience with Amerberg Law Group, as they handled my case professionally and achieved a satisfactory outcome. However, one drawback was their lack of communication throughout the process. Once my case was underway, I rarely received updates unless I reached out first, and I was unable to get ahold of my case manager Anna for months which was frustrating. If you’re someone who prefers frequent updates or proactive communication, this might be something to keep in mind. That said, they did their job well, and I was ultimately satisfied with the results.
