I've been going to see Dr. McPherson and his team since it opened. I recommend Allendale dental to everyone I know for the extreme friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. Kathy, Leah, Hellen and the rest of the team, excel in every way. And if you are looking for a team that are great with children, this is definitely the place.

I would only not recommend them to be selfish in the fact that I don't want them to ever be to busy! If you are looking for the best dentist in Edmonton, this is the dental clinic to go to. Thank you everyone for taking care of my families dental needs!

An amazingly calm and caring environment. The team are always kind, understanding, and very welcoming. Dr. McPhearson is such a knowledgeable and supportive Dentist. He talked me through all issues and options. Even while getting oral surgery; he and his assistants always ensure I’m comfortable and doing okay.
THE ONLY DENTIST IVE EVER RETURNED TO!!! And now; my family dentist!!!! Allendale Dental is the G.O.A.T!!!!!!

Had one of the best experiences I’ve ever have ever had at a dental office here. Came in to get a filling repaired. I told the dentist that I was scared of needles and he was extremely gentle I honestly did not feel a thing. Will definitely be getting all my dental work done here.

I can’t say enough good things about this dentist. I work 12-hour night shifts and got home at 3:30 a.m. when a piece of my wisdom tooth suddenly broke off. The pain was brutal. I called the office right when they opened at 8:30 a.m., and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and told me to come in right away. I filled out new patient paperwork (about 5 minutes) and was immediately taken back for X-rays and into the chair all before 9 a.m. The dentist came in, explained everything clearly, and handled the freezing flawlessly. I hate needles, but there was no pain and no stress at all. By 9:59 a.m., I was walking out the door with the tooth pulled and the problem solved. It’s now several days later, and healing has been excellent minimal swelling, very little pain, and everything feels right. No upselling, no pressure, just professional, efficient care. They also direct billed my work benefits, so my out of pocket cost was minimal. If you don’t like going to the dentist, this is the place to go. Efficient, professional, and genuinely great care

I have always needed freezing for cleanings Kendra is amazing. No pain at all during or after. The Dentist saved my tooth from another Dentist saying I needed a root canal. This is a 10 star review !!

I have to say, this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I dont really like the dentist, and I especially don't like the freezing. (I've had bad luck with freezing) but they always make you feel so comfortable, they're so kind, they ACTUALLY care about patients, and pretty funny at times as well.

I called this office to have a tooth extracted and they immediately brought me in. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The dentist did a bunch of X-rays and advised me that he would rather safe the tooth with root canal and Crown. With the price of 3 grand I couldn't afford. So I went home. The next day I called back and advised that I needed the tooth out and would like a cleaning as well. So then the dentist did a new patient exam on my mouth and then again said he could take the tooth out but would be a bit difficult and pushed towards me getting 3 root canals instead .but without the crowns with an estimate of 1700 this time. I said I couldn't afford it but would try to get the money. On my way out i asked to book a cleaning with them and I was told that they were to busy and I'd have to go on a waiting list and would be called for an appointment. Two days later they called me to see if I was going to get the root canals but no call about the cleaning. It's been a few months and still no call for a cleaning. So here I am now with all my X-rays used up on my insurance as well as my new patient exam that was covered under insurance,and I can't even goto a new dentist cause Allendale used up all my insurance and still no cleaning done. They called to push 3 root canals on me that take hours to do.but a simple cleaning wasn't on their list.

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, and the office was spotless with a relaxing atmosphere.
Dr.McPherson took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure. The cleaning was painless, and I left with my teeth feeling great!

Dr. is an excellent dentist—truly the best. However, the front desk experience has been disappointing. The receptionist is unwelcoming and unwilling to accommodate requests. Unfortunately, her attitude made me and my husband to reconsider continuing at this clinic.
