I was beached last night at Mountain Island Lake, about 5 miles up the Catawba River toward Lake Norman. My Bayliner 175 BowRider was beached halfway up on sand. I was by myself w my two dogs- it’s 10:15 pm by this time…. I had pushed/ pulled and prayed- boat would not budge. The water level had dropped- called SEA TOW LAKE NORMAN thru my Sign n Glide service w Progressive Insurance. Nate and his brother came out to pull me out w a storm approaching! Sea Tow is the best! What a lifesaver! 5 Stars all the way.

We had an amazing experience with Sea Tow on Lake Norman, thanks to Nick. After our boat ran into a shoal, he came out and helped us without hesitation. He took his time, made sure everything was handled safely, and could not have been any kinder or more professional throughout the entire process.

What could have been a stressful situation turned into a really positive experience because of him. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what he does.

I highly recommend using Nick and his brother’s company, Sea Tow. You won’t find better service on the lake!

I had an unusual situation and needed a lift to a boat via water. I called SeaTow and they reassured me that they will take care of me. Captain Nic picked me up and stayed with me until I had my boat secured. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel that everything was going to be ok. Excellent company and even better customer service. You can tell Nic loves what he does and he is very passionate about it! Thank You!

This afternoon a storm was coming but Captain Nick arrived quickly and we were on our way quickly to the State Park landing. His capabilities and calm manner put me at ease after an hour of frustration with an alarm ringing engine.
I will highly recommend the Sea Tow Service to everyone, even if they have a new engine (motor).

During the storms this past weekend, our Jon boat took on water while tied in the slip. With the winds and waves, it sank to the bottom of Lake Norman. We called Seatow and spoke with Captain Nate. He was confident and calming. The following morning he and his team met us at the dock and they recovered our boat intact. They are professional, courteous, and great at what they do! We would highly recommend them for any of your water emergencies.
