Their website makes renting here super convenient and easy. The lady who works in the office (sorry I don't remember her name) is really helpful and nice. Yes rising rents suck and can hurt but everybody's costs are going up. Like housing there is a shortage of storage units in missoula making rent expensive.

They've raised the rent up multiple times claiming inflation, never put any money towards security and so my unit was broken into, they've offered no sort of solution. They didn't even offer to discount the month with the break in.

Since the new owners purchased this facility about a year ago they have raised the rent 3 separate times significantly. All in a 12 month period All with various rationalizations - facility upkeep, rental insurance, cost of living, breathing etc. Gotta luv it when all too often out of state individuals see an opportunity to buy a business with the strategic profit model to make exorbitant profits all while feeding on economically struggling communities. Intentional or not, it exploits and gouges desperately low income communities further strapped by crippling inflation with already low wages. Always a great thing to have to choose between food, shelter, healthcare and losing the few remaining things you have ever owned in this world. Glad the new owners can live high on others misery.

Nice service and solid units. One flaw to keep in mind is the roof drip line will be near the door, and mine has frozen shut sometimes.
