Hoops Academy is the best! We participate in several of their programs—including afterschool, summer camp, and the developmental league—and each one is thoughtfully planned and run. They truly focus on helping every child build skills and grow as a player.

My 8-year-old son loves the coaches and has improved so much, both individually and as a teammate. They do an amazing job of keeping it fun while still emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence. Highly recommend!

My son has had such a great experience at Hoops Academy. The organization is incredibly well run. Extremely organized, communication is clear, and the sessions are structured in a way that really keeps the kids engaged and learning.

The coaches are fantastic. They strike the perfect balance of being encouraging while also pushing the kids to work hard and improve. It’s clear they genuinely care about the players and take the time to teach real basketball fundamentals, not just run drills.

The energy in the gym is always positive and motivating, and our son looks forward to going to both practice and games. We’ve seen a big jump in his confidence and skills since he started. He loves it so much, he chose to skip baseball this spring to do the spring season with Hoops.

Coach Nick and Coach Shaq are truly some of the best youth coaches. This is my daughter’s first season and she has learned so much in just a few months. Lots of growth from the first to the last practice! They really take a lot of time for one on one coaching moments.
