You will not find a kinder or more caring woman to help with your beloved horses. For me, this last act as a horse owner was the worst part of losing one. Shauna Brantley-Tarazon made it less painful and treated both me a my passed horse with kindness and respect. She made an unbearable act easier. Thank you Shauna.

Never a service you want, but a service you may need. 10/10 Highly Recommend Shauna & CARE Animal Afterlife Hauling. She took care of my best friend after 15 years of friendship with such love and compassion.

Terrible company. I’ve used them twice. Once about a year ago and they were great, however I used them again yesterday and they did not ask where my horse’s body was to be taken. Instead of asking where they were supposed to take her, they just took her body to the Foothill Landfill where she was buried under 20-30 feet of garbage (per the supervisor of the landfill) and there is no way for me to bring her home. Their excuse was “99% of our clients go to burial” and even tried shifting the blame to my sick mother for not clarifying the location when she was distraught over losing the horse we have had for the last 14 years and did not even know the landfill was an option in the first place. Use this company at your own risk.

On an unfortunate Sunday, I had to put down my 29-year-old horse. I was fortunate enough to find compassionate animal rescue removal and they were so kind they drop what they were doing on a Sunday afternoon as the rain started to fall and come and to Assist with my longtime friend Earl. They let me finish my goodbyes - And compassionately Handled removal. I can’t thank him enough.

Shanna was fantastic and worked around my schedule with the vet. She also worked with me, so my grand daughter wouldn’t be there as she was loading Blue in her trailer. She was so sweet and understands our feelings when we have to put our beloved pals down.
