worse hotel ever. Called to make a reservation and the guy screwed it up. Called back and canceled it to get the right days and they don’t wanna refund me my money.

Now I understand what you get when you pay 75 bucks for a room now a days but my goodness this place was in bad shape. We had a 4 night trip planned and stayed the first night here then had to find somewhere else. The shower and bathroom was just grimy and gross, the pillows on the bed where so flat there was no point in using them, the TV didnt work but to their credit he came and fixed it for us immediately. If your on a budget and just dont care what the room looks like this is your place but if you hold any higher standards keep on driving.

The manager is rude I booked a reservation for a week online just to go check in and to get told his daily rates was 85 a night and he didn't do weekly rates even after I showed him I paid for my room for the week I recommended not paying online pay in person because its a headache trying to get your money back

Company paid for my room. Told them I would be in around 9am to check in. They called at 6am and then no-showed me and canceled my reservation and gave room away. They still charged the card for the monthly fee. Then when you call to get things fixed its them telling you they understand your frustration but this is their policy. Just a lot of frustration and very confusing communication from and with them.

I never heard of having to put up a cash deposit of $200 in all of my years of traveling. Man that met us was rude and didn't even let us inside kept us out in the hot sun. When we could not furnish $200 deposit we had to call Expedia back to see if they would reimburse money we had already been charged for our room and of course they would not. So we were stuck out in the heat. I will just from now on go to the bigger chains that will use your credit card as a means of incidental costs and/or deposit!!!
