Good Energy is not just the best electrician out there, they are the best contractor of any kind, period. Their professionalism and attention to detail is simply unmatched.

For our rush project, Amy and JJ acted fast to put together a plan and get us scheduled. Joe and Braycen did the work quickly and with a huge amount of care and thoughtfulness. They finished the job on time and under budget, and the job site was cleaner than when they started.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Knowledgeable electricians and very reasonable pricing. JJ had good advice when deciding which lights to replace and what to replace them with. Employees were efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job installing lights. They cleaned up after themselves and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

We had a phenomenal experience with Good Energy Solutions. After learning the tax credit was expiring at the end of 2025, we had to accelerate our 2-year plan into just a few months. From the start, Mathew (Sales) was incredible—never pushy, genuinely caring, and even made two house calls to custom-design a solution that met our goals.

Despite the year-end rush, Jeff (VP of Ops) and Mathew made us feel like our project was their only priority. Jeff was even receptive to my specific feedback on the panel layout. On the electrical side, JJ (Master Electrician) visited twice to walk through the scope of our SPAN smart panel and service upgrade, and Mike did a fantastic job on the install, staying late to ensure everything was perfect while patiently answering all my questions.

The real test came when my insurance company forced a last-minute roof replacement just two days before the solar install. I panicked about missing the tax credit deadline, but Jeff saved the day. He shifted the schedule and connected me with an amazing roofer (Green Factor), and we had a new roof in a week. The install team—Andrew, Daniel, Guy, Tanner, and Tyler—were professional and kept me involved in every step. Huge thanks to Zach and Amy for the seamless behind-the-scenes coordination that set this project up for success! The system looks and functions wonderfully. I would do it all again and change absolutely nothing. If you're thinking about going solar, Good Energy Solutions is as legit as it gets.

Good Energy Solutions did a great job upgrading a panel, installing 220V outlets and putting in service for a mini-split in our workshop. JJ provided a timely estimate, Amy coordinated the schedule, and Nate completed the work. All were very professional and helpful. Special recognition for Nate and his helper who worked long hours in the extreme cold to complete the job in one day. We highly recommend Good Energy Solutions.

GES Installed a solar array on my house in Lee's Summit. The salesman was very easy to communicate with, gave me options to cater to exactly what I want, and he kept me up-to-date with the permitting approval process.

I believe their pricing is fair, especially considering the product they offer. Their install team was respectful. They worked with me to design the array to fit my family's needs, and the numbers they projected have been spot on.

I love getting an electric bill for less than $10!

We asked for a free estimate for replacing an electric panel, JJ called soon after and we set up a time for him to come and do it. His estimate was reasonable so we scheduled a time for the electricians to come and do the work. They arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and started working right away on the project. They did all necessary things to finish the project and when they had a glitch at the end, they called JJ and he came right over in the evening. Everything was completed properly and they left the job at 9:30 in the evening when they were satisfied everything was done to our expectations. We are really happy with them and would call them again for our next problem!!!

Good Energy Solutions was able to handle my problem. After I found out the original company that installed my panels was no longer in business.

Their technician checked all possibilities for why my panels kept turning themselves off. Found the solution quickly. Was some bad connections.They repaired the connections and I have not had any trouble since.

Even though this was our only experience with them so far, they were quick to respond, very friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend Good Energy Solutions for your solar panel projects.

Good Energy was great from start to finish. They gave me several options and educated me on the pro's and con's of each option to help me make the decision that was the best fit for my business. Good Energy was able to coordinate and cooperate with Alpha Roofing on the installation of our new roof and solar panels at the same time.
