I had a hard time trying to find a washer that would fit our space but I found a great one at Maryland Appliances at a really good price. Jaisa was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. I could tell she really cares about her customers. The installation team was also very courteous and efficient. I'll definitely call on them again if I ever need another appliance!

First off let me say my buying experience at Maryland Appliances and Mattresses was flawless. I was in the need for a new mattress and after doing my research decided that the Helix was the right fit but I wasn't going to pay that much money sight unseen so Maryland Appliances & Mattress was one of a few options that had this mattress in the showroom.Janisa the manager there was a pleasure to work with she answered all questions and concerns did all the paperwork and ordering had the mattress and frame sent to her business and arranged delivery and removal of old mattress she kept me updated with tracking number and delivery working with her was a pleasure

We were interested in a particular mattress, and this was the only store in the Baltimore area that had it. The store is not much to look at from the outside, or even in the inside. But they had a wide selection of mattresses, and we were able to test all of them to be sure that we picked one we wanted. Purchase was easy. Delivery was on time, very reasonable, and they took away our old mattress. Would definitely buy a mattress here again.

If you’re looking for a locally-owned mattress store to help you purchase a high-quality mattress and/or adjustable bed frame this place is a gem. Jaisa was simply amazing! She answered all of my questions about Helix brand options via their text option (after hours at that), again in-store when I visited, and made the purchase process so easy once I made my decision a few days later. The pricing was so competitive. I love supporting local, small businesses and am so glad I found a company that really provides excellent customer service. I’ll be referring friends for sure! I wish I had found this business years ago!!

We had a great experience buying a WinkBed mattress at this store! We came in and got exactly what we were looking for and for a slightly cheaper price than buying it through the manufacturer. There were delays due to weather, but the manager, Jaisa, was kind and responsive throughout the whole process. We would shop here again!
