I’ve visited this boba shop around 10 times, and my experience has been very inconsistent. Sometimes the service is excellent, and other times it’s disappointing, depending on who’s working.

One employee with blonde highlights is amazing. She’s always friendly, talks with customers, and is great with kids. One time I had to step outside for a few minutes while my children stayed inside, and when I came back she was even playing Uno with them. She always makes us feel welcome.

Unfortunately, the employee who was working today has been the same employee I’ve had issues with on several recent visits. There is often a guy sitting in the store, and she spends a lot of time talking with him instead of paying attention to customers. During today’s visit, I ordered my drink half-sweet, but it seemed like she rushed through making it so she could get back to her conversation. The drink wasn’t made correctly.

We were also interested in purchasing boba pudding, but after waiting for quite a while while she remained in the back, we eventually left without ordering it.

I really like this shop and know it can provide great service, which makes these experiences even more frustrating. I hope management addresses the inconsistency because the quality of service should not depend on which employee happens to be working.

Not just worth the wait but worth every penny as well. We ordered 5 drinks that came out quickly and perfectly. My family LOVED them and Amy was very glad to customize. I will gladly be going back; the environment was lovely as well.

Absolutely love this place! Been going there every other week for the last few months with my step daughter. She loves the sour candy and my son the ube boba drink. Everything is fresh and the lady behind the counter is always so sweet and welcoming! They have board games you can play while you wait or while you enjoy your drink, and snacks for sale as well! Their prices are great in my opinion and the quality has never missed the mark!

Full of flavors and adds
There is a few desserts that can accommodate with everything on the menu and still not overthrow your palette

So excited to have a new Boba shop that is close to home! Vlad and Katya the owners were so nice! (Yes this is a family business) My wife and I had the Thai Punch and the Mango Burst. They also gave us a complementary Matcha Mango soda! All the drinks tasted as good as they looked. This place is gonna be dangerous being so close to home.
