We had such a great time at The Great Escape Room Chicago! I went with my 12 year old niece and it was the perfect activity for us to do together. It was challenging enough to keep us thinking, but still so much fun from start to finish.
Katelyn was one of the helpers behind the scenes and she was fantastic! She helped make the whole experience fun and memorable. We were laughing, thinking, and working together the entire time. Definitely recommend and we’d absolutely come back!

Unfortunately I did not get anyone’s name when my family and I were at the great escape room yesterday but literally everyone in the building was so kind and fantastic. We were down a member of our team bc she had lost her phone in the city earlier in the day and was running around trying to fix it. Halfway through the room we got a phone call from the lost phone and the staff paused our timer, were very patient with our frantic chaotic game of phone tag, and even helped us translate with the person on the phone. I’m sure we threw off their whole day and we really appreciate them being so nice and so super helpful and saving our lives and also letting us finish the room. We loved the colosseum escape and highly recommend!

Played the Arcade Challenge ... Stevie-Host was great and Gamemaster Abi gave us the hints and boy oh boy sis we need a lot of hints. Unfortunately we did not escaoe. So sad. We started late too, downtown traffic😫 But we still had fun☺️

If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy group activity, I highly recommend The Greatest Escape Room, especially if you enjoy immersive themes and collaborative challenges.

Our group tackled “The Arcade” room, and it was such a nostalgic and creative experience. The puzzles were well designed, challenging enough to keep everyone engaged, but still doable with strong teamwork. What really stood out was how interactive everything felt. It was not just about solving clues. It felt like stepping into a retro game world where every detail mattered. There was a great mix of logic, observation, and hands-on problem solving, so everyone in our group had a chance to contribute.

A huge shoutout to Abby, Joe, and Leron. They made the entire experience even better. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their instructions were clear, their energy was contagious, and they gave just the right amount of guidance without taking away the challenge.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience that is perfect for friends, coworkers, or team building events. We left laughing, feeling a little competitive, and already planning to come back and try another room. Highly recommend!
