I couldn't have had a better experience working with Mike and his team. I needed a small home addition on top that used to be a hot tub in our patio area. I had called multiple different contractors who overcharged me and also overcomplicated the project overall.

Mike instead came by, offered me plenty of reassurance, offered me a fair quote for the project, and instilled a tremendous amount of trust that not only would he get this project done but he'd get the project done within a timeline that made sense to us because my wife was pregnant and we needed this done before the baby was born. Mike and his team prepped me throughout the project even during the prepping and planning phase. Outside of the time it took for us to get the permit, the actual construction and the actual work happened so quickly. The team worked incredibly diligently to make everything relatively seamless for us in general. A lot of our day-to-day operations were not disrupted as the team was able to work while I was at home managing things. We just finished our final inspection today and I couldn't be happier with the final product overall. If anyone is looking for a contractor that not only is incredibly timely but fair in terms of pricing and incredibly communicative, I recommend Mike and Ocean Remodel without hesitation

All the work that was completed by Ocean Remodel was done professionally and on schedule. We needed a new a driveway, two retaining walls and new tile on the front porch.We are so happy with the outcome.Adam the project manager had great ideas and we worked together very well. We highly recommend using Ocean Remodel. We had a great experience coordinating with Mike for a full bathroom remodel of our 1950’s family home, and repaving of our driveway and side yard.
For the bathroom, Mike directed us to stores and we selected the tile, and all finishes. Mike and his team did a full demo down to studs, and replaced pipes, electrical, the window, installed wall and floor tiles, fan, fixtures, lighting, and painted. The transformation of our new bathroom is incredible! Everything came together and the results are beautiful!
During the remodel, we ended up having to add additional updates, as we discovered all the electrical in the house also needed to be replaced. Mike and his team were able to get that large project done too, and did everything in a timely manner. Throughout the renovation process, Mike was easy to communicate with, and Ocean Remodel did a fantastic job!

The team worked quickly to remove all signs of water damage and kept me informed throughout the process. The results were excellent—my home looks great again.

They came highly recommended by my neighbor, and now I completely understand why. The team was extremely organized and professional throughout the roof replacement.
