Unfortunately, my experience with this office was very frustrating. From the beginning, there appeared to be a lack of organization and follow-through regarding patient care and administrative requests.

I attended multiple appointments and repeatedly requested assistance with a referral that was necessary for my ongoing medical care. Each time, I was told the matter would be handled, yet weeks turned into months without any action being taken. Despite numerous phone calls and follow-up attempts on my part, I received little communication and no resolution.

The situation escalated to the point where I had to involve my health insurance company and file a formal complaint just to get attention to an issue that should have been addressed by the office. It was disappointing to spend so much time and effort trying to obtain a referral that was repeatedly promised but never completed.

Patients deserve clear communication, accountability, and timely follow-through. Based on my experience, this office fell short in all three areas. While collecting payments seemed to be a priority, managing patient concerns and coordinating necessary referrals did not receive the same level of attention. I hope the office takes steps to improve its processes so that future patients do not encounter similar difficulties.

My last visit with Dr. Rahman at Prime 360 Urgent Care in Frisco was absolutely excellent. Dr. Rahman was professional, caring, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was welcoming, respectful, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated the fast service and the genuine care I received. Dr.Rehman, Nurse Kris,and Mia(I hope I got the names correct) were the BEST Dr and staff I have ever seen. They were all so very patient and kind. I have never had a Dr to help me the way Dr Rehman did. I can't wait to refer others to them. On a scale from 1 to 10..I give them a 50.

Dr. Mohammed has been the best Primary Dr. I've had in my life. He really cares and takes his time even though he's a very in high demand Dr. I would send all my family if they would go.

Also his nurse at the Lebanon location in frisco is the kindest and knows how to draw blood. She makes my day when I go. I forgot her name but she has long beautiful dreads.

My experience at 360 Urgent Clinic has had both positive and negative aspects. During my first visit, while Dr. Mohamed Reham was very kind and professional, the computerized system they use was inefficient. Despite having already filled out all the information beforehand, the receptionist insisted I re-enter it all on paper, claiming it was not the same information. Furthermore, my second visit resulted in a wait of over an hour, despite having a scheduled appointment – I arrived at 01:55 PM for a 2pm appointment, but was not attended to until after 15:10 PM. This highlights a significant disregard for patient time.

I had an excellent experience at Primecare 360. After calling three other urgent cares with hour-long waits, Primecare 360 saw me immediately. The doctor and nurse quickly and kindly treated my hand wound, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, gracious, and incredibly helpful—they didn’t even charge me, just sent me off with a smile and well-wishes.
I would 100% recommend Primecare 360 for any minor urgent care needs.

Dr. Mohammad Rehman and his staff are amazing! Dr. Rehman is caring, kind, and understanding. He provided a detailed plan of action for my brother's health conditions and followed up with a phone call to see how my brother was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Rehman. Great experience! I just moved to the city and needed to find a new primary care. I got sick after one week of moving in this town and just needed somewhere to go get treated. Looked on Yelp for a primary care near my job and found this place. The staff are so welcoming and are in on it. I got my prescription sent during my appointment and now will go here when I need to visit the doctor.
