I have been to 3 locations to see Dr. Oliver and all have been exceptional. I have never had any issue setting up appointments or procedures. I have also had these procedures preformed by other practitioners and after doctoring with Dr. Oliver, I will not seek any other and will remain a patient as long as he remains in the area regardless of which location. Dr. Oliver knows his patients and is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever experienced in the field of pain management. He has restored my quality of life by making the appropriate adjustment to my medication along with the injections. I have never felt better, thank you Dr. Oliver, you are exceptional 👏

The woman who answers the phone maybe an Erica(?) to schedule appointments is outrageously rude and cruel. You apparently can't make an appointment here if you've canceled even 1 previous appointment years ago, insane policy and worse staff. They legitimately made my disabled mother cry. She had her own physician's office call on her behalf and they were rude to them as well that office will be make much less referrals to this place now. Genuinely flabbergasted at the inhospitable nature of these people. If you don't want to help people go be something else.

Don’t piss off the office manager. She’ll cancel your appointment. 16 years with this group and they canceled me for not giving 24 hours notice on insurance.

Great experience. Doctor Parth was very professional. He took his time to listen to my complaints. He did an examination and explained how he felt he could assist me in managing my pain without the use of opioids, which was very important to me. The receptionist and entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Ken, my PA has been professional and always shows an interest in my welfare. He has also provided great information on associated doctors that he has worked with giving insight and recommendations for other family members treatment in Orthopedics.
