Great communication!

They sent me a text message confirming my appointment, which i could easily reply to, and upload photos of my appliance model number. No clunky online upload portal!

I received a message when the tech was about 30 minutes away. Evan arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I feel like Evan went went above and beyond with my appliance repair.

I would highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future.

Very easy to schedule for prompt service (including on a Saturday!) and the fact that a decent amount of time was spent fixing the issue gives me reassurance that the solution will last. I also appreciated the communication regarding estimated arrival time.

I have a 20 year old Maytag washer that was giving me problems. I thought it was dying but I thought I’d try these guys. They had good reviews and their price to come out and evaluate was more than fair.
Their technician showed up right on time, very nice. He spent about an hour on it, got it fixed and running again. Saved putting it in a landfill.
Didn’t have to get a new washer/dryer.
Very pleased, highly recommend!

Where to start? 2 companies over that wanted $950/ part for 4 yr old robust SpeedQueen! Like new... Appliance Fixers are the best resource, due to the ability of assessment for any manufacturer informative- they know how to fix by their process of manufacturer- informant... a mini library source...like doctors that are scholars and, dig into the right info! ...meaning 2 companies said I'd need a major part, for an ER23 showing! When Appliance Fixers came, he was so polite, did not rush, charged very reasonable for a - DOOR SEAL- LEAK REPAIR, also ruled out any inside lines...all it was was a Seal replacement...Leave it up to a Robust Speedqueen Washer, CONJOINT W AN AWESOME TECH AND, COMPANY, AS APPLIANCE FIXERS!!! Amazing work and competitive prices! Had a dishwasher drain pump that went out and they were able to order a replacement within 2 days with our technician scheduled to come on the second day. Larry was prompt, professional and extremely efficient! He even found a few other fundamental issues with the dishwasher and fixed it on the spot! Highly recommend Appliance Fixers and hopefully won't need them again, but if I do they are on top of my "Go To" services!

Dan is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He came to our home basically on time and was able to diagnose the problem with our gas stove in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, he had the required part in his vehicle and was able to finish the repair in under an hour’s time. I highly recommend.

I called them. Got an appointment for same day. 2 hrs later, Larry arrived and fixed my Bosch dishwasher in 1 hr. It was less than half of what Bosch quoted me. He was very thorough and told me the problem, showed me the broken pump, and replaced it. He already had the spare part bc this was a common issue with Bosch dishwashers and I have already told the phone person the error code.
Actually, I had opened up the unit the day before and knew the problem can be either a busted pump or wonky panel so I knew he wasn't trying to upsell.
He came into the house with his plastic shoe covers so I thought that was awesome as well.
He was very knowledgeable. I'm assuming he probably fixed bigger things before this job bc I got a feeling he was overqualified.
Larry was courteous and professional and intelligent and not scammy.
I highly recommend this company. Price was less than half of Bosch.

The technician was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was fair. Our oven kept turning itself off so I called Appliance Fixers. I choose him because of the 5 stars rating. Dan was able to come out today and he found the problem and was able to fix it which saved me a lot of money since I didn’t need a new part. Dan was very honest, friendly and professional. I wish I could give him a 6 star rating! I will always call him if we have another problem with any other appliances. I love it when I find an honest and fair person to do business with! I highly recommend Appliance Fixers!

We were having water leaking issue with our fridge while changing the water filter, so I messaged Dan for service. He promptly responded and was able to schedule us in ASAP. By asking some questions and photos about the issue, he was able to diagnose the possible problem and came with the right parts for replacement.
He’s very knowledgeable and clearly explaining the cause of the problem and what needs to be avoided.
