I usaly dread looking for new cars because it can be a long, and exhausting experience. Not today. Abel introduced himself and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was kind, friendly, patient and funny. I never felt pressured in any way. Abel made buying a car a fun experience, something I did not expect when I left the house. I had a wonderful experience leasing my new Nissan at Nissan of Valencia last week. I especially want to express my gratitude to Tyler, who was extremely helpful and very communicative throughout the entire process. He offered me a better deal than I had received from another dealership and also went out of his way to get me the car in the exact color I wanted, even though they didn’t have it in stock at the time. I really appreciated the effort he put into making sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Thanks also to Ray, one of the managers, for his help throughout the process. I had a really great experience buying my car at Nissan of Valencia. Ray was extremely helpful, respectful and kind.
